Tour – Barong-Tanz und Kintamani

Diese klassische Tagestour vereint Kunst, Natur und Kultur. Sie beginnt in Batubulan, wo Sie einer Vorstellung des populären Barong Tanztheaters beiwohnen, in dem der Kampf zwischen Gut und Böse dargestellt wird.  Weiter geht’s nach Celuk, Balis Zentrum für hervorragende Gold- und Silberschmiede, und nach Mas, dem Hauptort für Holzschnitzereien.  Bevor sie nach Kintamani in den Ausläufern des Mount Batur fahren, steht noch ein Besuch der Heiligen Quelle von Tampaksiring an.  Das Mittagessen nehmen Sie an den Ufern des größten Sees von Bali ein. Am Nachmittag steht Zeit zur Erkundung des charmanten traditionellen Ortes Penglipuran in Bangli, der Elefantenhöhlen von Goa Gajah und der beschaulichen Künstlerenklave Ubud zur Verfügung.

Mount Batur

Rise early to depart for Mount Batur, whose peak stands 1,717 metres above sea level.  Trek to the rim of the volcanic cone to peer into the crater of the last eruption and on the way back down, see the black lava which flowed down the mountain’s slopes during the first and second eruptions.

Mount Agung

The sunrise views from Mount Agung are legendary and well worth the night time journey.  Explore Bali’s highest mountain, whose peak reaches 3,142 metres.  This is also the most sacred volcano for Balinese Hindu people, who believe it is a replica of Mount Meru and the centre of the universe.

Rural ATV & Butterfly Park Experience

Explore the real Bali with a thrilling ATV adventure through lush rice field terraces.  Transfer to a vehicle and drive through the jungle, visiting natural hot springs and a rustic farmer’s home, before enjoying a scenic Balinese lunch.  Then explore a butterfly park and museum on the way back to the resort.

Scuba Diving Adventure

Delve into the Indian Ocean’s treasures with a scuba adventure of the very best dive spots.

Glide amongst magnificent schools of fish, see vibrant coral life and search for rare marine creatures such as elusive pigmy sea horses.  While the wreck of the US Liberty cargo ship, which sunk during World War II, is one of the world’s top 15 dive sites.

Ayung River Rafting

The Ayung is Bali's longest and most spectacular river, with more than 45 rapids set against a backdrop of unspoiled rainforest that is home to colonies of monkeys and exotic birds, as well as magnificent waterfalls and cliff-side stone carvings. This adrenalin pumping 12 kilometre ride begins just north of Ubud and is accompanied by experienced rafting guides, for a safe yet thrilling adventure.

Besakih Temple & Scenic East Tour

This heritage tour begins with a visit to Kerta Gosa - the hall of justice which dates back to the 16th century and features interesting classical paintings on the ceiling, portraying visions of heaven and hell.  Continuing on to Bukit Jambul, spend time admiring the view over rice terraces and the ocean beyond. Then explore Bali’s largest temple, Besakih, which houses 30 temples over seven terraced levels, 1,000 metres up the mountainside of Mount Agung.

Travel to Tenganan - one of the original Balinese Aga villages where traditions have changed little over the centuries.  On the way back to the resort, drive through the beach resort of Candi Dasa to the small fishing village Kusamba, and onto the holy bat cave Goa Lawah.

Jatiluwih Culture Tour

This spectacular tour is designed to immerse you in Hindu Balinese culture and the island’s most spectacular natural settings. Ascend Mount Batukaru to visit Pura Luhur, the ancestral temple of the former Tabanan rulers, set amidst tropical forest. Continue on to Jatiluwih’s lush terraced rice fields. Visit a 17th century village near Mengwi which is renowned for producing some of Bali’s best sandstone carvings.  Travel to Pejaten village to see traditional roof tile and ceramic production, as well as a glimpse of authentic village life.  

Taman Nusa Cultural Park Experience

Offering a wonderful educational experience, the Taman Nusa cultural park displays the traditional houses of many different islands in the Indonesian archipelago from the Stone Age to modern day, as well as traditional dances and handicrafts. The tour concludes with a visit to the museum which houses a vast array of indigenous items from across Indonesia, including batik work and shadow puppets.

Ubud Art, Culture & Nature Tour

Set amongst verdant rice paddies and steep ravines in the central foothills, Ubud is renowned as the artistic and cultural heart of Bali.  Explore this charming village and watch a captivating Barong dance performance about the battle between good and evil.  Travel on to Celuk village, famed for its gold and silver craftsmanship, as well as Batuan to experience this village’s paintings, handicraft specialties and a uniquely designed Balinese Hindu temple.  Enjoy lunch with a backdrop of Tegallalang’s terraced rice paddies, before visiting a rainforest to see playful monkeys and other exotic wildlife.  Explore the fascinating elephant cave archaeological site and also the Ubud Royal Palace, which features an artistic cultural centre, traditional Balinese houses and a vibrant art market.

Bali Sunset Tour: Uluwatu & Tanah Lot

Take in the most impressive highlights of Bali's stunning south coast at the most romantic time of day. Visit the beautiful rice terraces of Canggu and the sacred Tanah Lot Temple. Soak up the natural beauty of coastal cliffs and admire the white sandy beaches of Padang-Padang, Dreamland and Balangan. Stop at Uluwatu Temple to experience a majestic sunset and watch a traditional kecak dance performance, followed by dinner at a Jimbaran seafood restaurant.

Wild Dolphin Boat Trip & North Bali Tour
